Mazda Off-Lease CRM Emails

These are the first three touches in a series of emails sent to Mazda Leasees, beginning about 12 months before their lease expires. The goal is to retain the customer by getting them into a new Mazda.

The vehicle promoted in the 2nd and 3rd emails is based on which vehicle the customer interacts with in the first email.
